The office of Ocean Grazer is based in Groningen-City Center (near Central Station).

Ocean Grazer is a young company developing energy storage systems for offshore wind farms. Their Ocean Battery, inspired by traditional Pumped Hydro Storage (PHS), has already received prestigious awards, including a Best-of-Innovation award from CES Las Vegas. In collaboration with RWE, they won the tender for the HKW-VII wind farm, and the industry eagerly awaits the results of their first demonstration projects.

What will you do?

As Operations Manager at Ocean Grazer, you are the driving force behind the transition from a startup to a leading player in the energy storage industry. You lead, inspire, and scale their team in a controlled manner without compromising creativity and flexibility.
